I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UQAM University in 2016. After earning my degree, I gained experience in data and operations at companies such as Evalueserve and Jarislowsky. My passion for technology and data led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence with a thesis, which I completed in 2022. My research focused on finding an unsupervised machine learning method, using graph representation, to combat human trafficking. This research was the basis of a paper that we hope will be published in the coming months, written in conjunction with Ph.D. student Pratheeksha Nair and my supervisors Golnoosh Farnadi and Reihaneh Rabbany.
